  My wife and her business partner had a similar experience with Ash on 6th Sept. He used a third party information broker to check the status of a trust, telling the partners he was using ASIC information which contradicted them, and the information pack prepared by our accountant for the bank. My wife had the accountant on the phone, still Ash refused to believe her. When my wife saw the slip of paper with the information brokers name on she challenged Ash, and logged onto the ASIC business portal to show him the ACN on the trust was dissolved back in 2016.
  
  Ash’s behaviour towards these two professional woman is bordering on misogynistic, truly appalling.

  The service is not good in Noosa Civic, hard to get a straight answer and then fob of to say someone will be phoning you this afternoon but of course no call. Senior staff are dismissive and rude at times and unhelpful and seem to be lacking some banking knowledge. We’ve been with this bank for 8 years and never a smile or hello when you walk in from the senior staff. Thanks for nothing ANZ we are in the process of moving our mortgage elsewhere due to the above .

  I have been growing continually more and more frustrated with ANZ service and the ability to contact them by phone , email, and APP.
  Phone banking transfers are an important part of my business. Having a call answered to enable to transfer large amounts of money domestically or internationally is extremely frustrating.
  I cannot use my APP as "The Session has expired". I wait up to 30 minutes for the phone banking number to answer before I hang up. 4 days and 4 attempts is too long to wait for service for phone banking.
  My internet emails no longer are available on my internet banking web page.
  The service in this regard is unbelievable and unacceptable.
  No longer can I walk into an ANZ brach and have something sorted. Make an Appointment!!!!!

  Attempted to open an advance notice term deposit and was told come back tomorrow we close at 4pm.... it was 2.15!!! Was told no one available to help me, I explained that I had specificly come here to open an advance notice term deposit and wasn't able to come back a other day, could I just wait to be served? The answer was no... we have appointments booked all afternoon.
  Very poor unprofessional service.

  Ash seemed pretty intent on not helping me and was acting as though I was really inconveniencing him. After coming in on three seperate occasions to open a business account and being told there was nothing he could do, I went into Suncorp next door and had an account opened 20 minutes later. Rude, unhelpful, useless.
